Bel-Tib Recreation would like to welcome William Higgins of Higgins Tennis, Inc. as the new Director of Tennis. William will direct our tennis program, teach private/group lessons and host fabulous community tennis events. William comes to us from the Belvedere Tennis Club where he taught and ran programming for 5 years. He also manages and runs Junior Team Tennis, which has over 1000 children in it throughout California. He also was the Tennis Director for the largest junior tennis center in the world, the Barnes Junior Tennis Center in San Diego. William specializes in teaching world-class technique in a style that makes tennis easy and fun for players of all ages and abilities to learn.

THE HIGGINS TENNIS MEDALS PROGRAMOur program is based on a stars and medals program. Children start out earning their stars and progress to medals. To progress, they must demonstrate certain strokes and playing skills.
