Print registration form below and fax to 415 435-8157. Please note that on the first day of any registration period faxes and mail will not be processed until 12 noon which may preclude your getting into the classes of your choice. |

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED Please help us and yourself by registering early so that your space in the class is secured. Many classes reach their maximum enrollment before the first class meeting. Likewise, classes not reaching enrollment may be cancelled. CONFIRMATION You are enrolled in the activity of your choice unless Recreation Department Registrar notifies you that the program is full. REFUND POLICY A refund will be issued if requested at least 3 working days before an activity begins less a $10 processing charge per activity unless otherwise stated in the program literature. No refund will be issued after the deadline. No make-up classes will be offered. If the Recreation Department must cancel a session or class, a full refund will be issued for session or class. RETURNED CHECKS There will be a $25 charge on all returned checks. ACCOMMODATION The recreation programs listed are open to all individuals. It is our intent to make reasonable accommodations so that those with disabilities may fully participate. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE Limited assistance is available to Belvedere and Tiburon residents only for programs sponsored by the Belvedere-Tiburon Joint Recreation Committee. All requests for assistance must be in writing. A copy of the department’s scholarship is available in PDF format below.
